About Me
As a certified postpartum doula, I am ready to support your family in a non-judgmental and supportive way. I have received my DONA approved postpartum doula training through the Simkin Center for Allied Birth Professions at Bastyr University, and also have advanced training as a Certified Lactation Educator through Bastyr - both completed in 2019. I have been in the medical field for over 20 years and have loved caring for patients and making sure I am a source of comfort for them.
I am here to bring my skills and caring manner to assist you in any challenges you may have, help you to find your strengths that sometimes can get lost in the sea of tiredness or exhaustion, and aid in helping you achieve some parenting goals. I am a mom of 2 amazing kids and definitely felt my own insecurities and frustrations during the first few days and weeks, trying to figure out these new little humans! This was something that definitely has given me the passion and desire to help new families as they navigate this amazing adventure. It is such an incredible time for your family - let's make it a special experience!!

Services
Home Visits
I am currently scheduling 4-6 hour blocks of time during the day to assist with supporting you during your first few days or weeks after bringing baby home.
Rate: $50/hr which includes an initial free 1hr consultation.
Lactation Education
As a Certified Lactation Educator, I am here to support you in your lactation needs - including assistance with latch, pumping, helping sort out any frustrations, and nutrition for all of you!
Packages
Ask me about my package options - a great way to set up extra help during the first few weeks or months. Gift certificates can also be purchased for those new parents in your life - It makes a great shower gift!
